Standard Procedure

A.Order Placement
1. Receive Shipping Instruction from customer, which consists of:
• number of vehicles
• pick-up yard and destination
• necessary details; model, vin / chassis No.
2. Plan the schedule and routing for each shipping instruction by arranging the appropriate departure-arrival times, route, and trailer type to each shipment.
3. Inform ‘Daily Delivery Plan’ to
• Customer
• Logistics Division
• • Yard and Port Checker team
B.Delivery Process
1. Contact the yard to pick up the vehicles.
2. Inspect the external condition and interior equipment of each vehicle before loading.
3. Pick up vehicle at yard.
4. Dispatch from yard and QS team starts monitoring the transportation via GPS devices.
5. Arrive the dealer or destination and mutually inspect the vehicle with receiver.

C.Follow up Process
1. Report the shipment completion and actual delivery time to customer.
2. Evaluate the performance for each shipment for further improvement.
3. Gather all related documents for billing process within 30 days.
